צוות העובד יחד ולעיתים מבלה יחד שעות אינספור במשרד חייב להכיר את גבולות הגזרה של מהו מידע פרטי ומה לא. עובדים צריכים לדעת בכל עת אילו פרטי מידע אסור להם לחשוף אודות עובד אחר/מנהל/לקוח. 

 

ע"פ חוק הגנת הפרטיות יש להעביר לעובדים הדרכה בנושא פרטיות אחת לתקופה.  פיתחנו עבורכם מגוון הדרכות בנושא פרטיות, המתאימות לצוותים שונים ולצרכים שונים.

 

בהדרכות נסביר מהו מידע פרטי, מהו מידע רגיש, כיצד יש להגן על מידע זה, עם מי מותר ואסור לחלוק אותו.

בימים אלה מתקפות סייבר, פריצות למאגרי מידע ומתקפות כופרה עולות לכותרות באופן כה תדיר, על כל חברה לדאוג לתת לכלל עובדיה את הכלים הדרושים על מנת לזהות ולמנוע מתקפות אלה. המצב הייחודי של עולם הסייבר גורם לכך שכל ההגנות הטכנולוגיות שניישם לא יעזרו אם עובד אחד יפתח לינק זדוני או יוריד קובץ נגוע.

אנו בחברת Ai-Law&Tech מכשירים צוותים של עובדים לדעת להתמודד עם איומי הסייבר המקיפים אותם.

 

בהדרכה נעבור על סוגי המתקפות, נדע לזהות אותן ולהימנע מהן. נתן כללים להתנהלות בטוחה ברשת, ונעבור על הפעולות המיידיות אותן יש לבצע כאשר מתעורר חשש לפריצה.

  • הדרכות תקופתיות הן הכרחיות לצורך עמידה בסטנדרטי ISO שונים, כמו גם בחוקי פרטיות בינלאומיים, כמו ה-GDPR.

Recently, when cyber-attacks, database hacking and ransomware attacks are so common, every company must provide its employees with the necessary tools for identifying and preventing such attacks. Due to the unique state of the cyber world, despite any technological protections we may implement, once an employee opens a malicious link or downloads an infected file, it is not sufficient.

We at Ai-Law&Tech, train teams of employees to be able to know how to deal with the cyber threats that surround them.

Throughout the training, we will go over different types of attacks and learn how to identify and avoid them. We will provide tools for safe conduct online and review all the immediate actions that must be taken whenever we identify a risk of hacking.

A team that works together and spends endless hours together in the office must know the limits of what is considered private information and what is not. Employees must be aware at all times of what information they are not allowed to disclose about another employee / manager / customer.

According to the Privacy Protection Law, employees must undergo periodic privacy training. We have developed a variety of privacy trainings, suitable for different teams and needs.

As part of the training, we will explain what private information is, what sensitive information is, how it should be protected and with whom it may be shared.

Important information

  • Periodic trainings are mandatory for complying with various ISO standards, as well as international privacy laws, such as the GDPR.

  • Training can be suited for all employees; there is no requirement for special computer skills.

  • Training can be adjusted to specific roles, such as developers, purchasing team, human resources etc.

  • Specific content can be customized for the customer, focusing on the relevant challenges in the line of activity.
